Check if all connectors are connect

correctly and no noise is present

7.8 Phase Loss (PHL)

Check wiring at R, S and T terminals Correct wiring

Check if the screws of terminals are tightened

Tighten all screws

Please check the wiring

and power system for

abnormal power

Maybe AC motor drive has malfunction or misoperation

due to noise. Please contact DELTA.

Check if the input voltage of R, S, T is unbalanced
