x The Configuration of the HMI control must be set-up to control the drive.

x To do this you must set the baud rate and signaling for the HMI and the drive.

x The computer must be set-up to download the information to the HMI written in the HMI

programming language.

x This set-up is 7, N, 2, 38,400, HMI 0, PLC 1, RS485 interface.

x This is done in the Configuration section of the HMI program.
